Summary report

The summary report drawn up in late 1962 summarizes the activities, projects and corresponding budget of the IRC in Europe from December 1956 to June 1962. Programs other than the one dealing with the surge of Hungarian refugees in 1956 are mentioned, but the main focus is on the impact the Hungarian revolution and its defeat had on the refugee situation in specific European countries.
